We are looking for motivated and dynamic Solar Energy Consultants to join our team.
As the Solar Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers *door-to-door *and scheduling appointments for our Solar Specialists to meet with them.

Weekly training, support and lead generation will build your confidence and skill set to succeed.

*Our commissions range from $750 - $3,000 per closed appointment*.
As you develop your skillset you can be promoted to increased commissions!
*Pay every Friday.

*Responsibilities:*
* Travel to different neighborhoods and going door-to-door with the goal of setting appointments for energy specialists showcasing our cost-effective and energy-saving solar systems.
* Leverage your personal network, social media, and door-knocking to create lucrative sales opportunities.
* Acquire basic information from home owners such as name, address, phone number and email.
* Acquire copy of energy bill or utility account number from home owner.
* Work in an assigned area, often visiting 30 - 50 houses a day.
* Keep track of homeowners and warm leads, circling back to check on potential customers.
* Comply with company standards and code of conduct to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
* Self-disciplined and coachable.
* Ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Positive and professional demeanor.
* Physically able to be on your feet and mobile for long periods of time.
