Responsibilities:
- Sell, develop, and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the needs of members
- Manage and oversee all fitness staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members to exercise
- Provide exceptional customer service and address member concerns or issues
- Monitor member usage and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to promote fitness programs and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness management
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness, management, and sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing a fitness facility or department
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with market analysis and developing strategies to increase membership
- Knowledge of wireless sales systems, cash handling procedures, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
