Used Car Assistant

Laird Noller Hyundai Topeka is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Used Car Assistant.
This position offers an incredible growth opportunity within our rapidly expanding company.
As a Used Car Assistant, you will work directly with the General Manager, attending auctions, buying cars, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in the purchasing of used cars and maintaining inventory.
Attend auctions and conduct market research to identify potential vehicles for acquisition.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a well-stocked and diverse inventory.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Uphold high standards for vehicle quality and presentation.
Qualifications: Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to teach and train the right person.
Strong decision-making skills.
