*Primary Responsibilities*
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on retirement planners and wealth managers catering to pre-retirees and retirees.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the advisors on our team to create effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and actively participate in our advisors businesses planning and strategy to drive sales growth.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside various departments to develop opportunities for company expansion and strengthen market presence.
*Qualifications*
* *Traits:* The drive, ambition, work ethic, and desire to learn and build an incredible career.
* *Experience: *Proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the financial services or insurance sectors.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
* *Skills:* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proven track record of being exceptional at what you've been doing.
* Licenses: Possession of a life insurance license or a securities license is good to have, but not required.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fixed-indexed annuities, fee-based investments, life insurance, and Medicare options one some level is a major plus, even if it's just the basics.
