Fishing Quilt and Pillowcase - new - $95 (Topeka)

This handmade Trout Fishing lap quilt measures 48" wide x 57" long.
It is made with colorful, matching quilt shop cotton fabrics and includes a pillowcase made from fabric that matches the back of the quilt.
It is a perfect gift for dad, grandpa or a little boy who loves to fish.
I chose a trout fish fabric for the backing which has trout baskets/bobbers/fishing poles/and trout, along with clever gold cotton binding with small black circles resembling fish eyes, and manly looking border fabrics to blend with the center quilt panel.
I quilted this with a water ripple theme stitch and used Warm and Natural quilt batting for the center of the quilt.
