Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and outgoing Associate DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team at our Topeka KS office location! This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects to improve automation and overall organization efficiency in deploying and managing our technology.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and automating our internal technology processes.
This individual will collaborate with different teams, including Engineering and Infrastructure, to guarantee the smooth operation of software and systems that meet business objectives by: Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab following best practices Support and enhance existing pipelines, addressing any issues or further improvements Develop automation scripts in Python to streamline DevOps and system administration processes Manage application deployments and automation tasks using Octopus Deploy Ensure optimal security, availability, and performance of applications within the Azure Cloud environment Collaborate with development and IT teams, addressing deployment and infrastructure requirements Document processes, configurations, and best practices for team reference System troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple platforms (dev/test/prod) Ability to administer Linux/Windows servers, manage scripts, and resolve system-related concerns Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code practices to efficiently provision and manage resources You could be a great fit if.

in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience Minimum 3 years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Minimum 3 years public production cloud experience (AWS – Azure preferred) Demonstrable experience with GitLab, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Competence in Python scripting, especially related to automation and systems tasks.
Solid understanding and working experience with Azure Cloud services Experience with automated application deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy Working knowledge in Linux/Window administration and scripting Hands-on familiarity with Terraform and its application in infrastructure management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional ability to tackle and solve problems, complemented by meticulous attention to detail Certifications in Azure, Linux, or other related technologies Experience in agile methodologies and tools Knowledge of best practices in infrastructure security Familiarity with containerization/orchestration technologies like Docker/Kubernetes Familiarity with microservice and serverless technologies and approaches A background in software engineering, specifically with C# and .

Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
