This project is to redesign the legacy site to have the new template replace it.
All files need to be reviewed and then redesigned in the new site.

Payment Payment for this is based on one page billed at $20.

Billables: any issue you have that stop you from moving forward stops any billable time.
So if you get on and the site is down, and you need it up to look at your most recent changes your time stop until I can get it fixed.

You must work on the VM only, not on your local or on a website etc.
All items are track by your login on the VM using radmin.
Payday is every Friday before 5PM CST for all 100% completed deliverables Payment gateway I can pay by PayPal, cashApp, or Payment Gateway you have for invoice that will accept business visa card.
Expectation By committing to this project, you agree that you have fully read this entire document.
If you have any question you will ask them ASAP.
You agree that all items are done wholly based on this document and our meeting.
No payment will be paid until the deliverable is 100% done.
Any reviews I completed based on your request to accept the deliverables beyond one attempt should not incur billable hours.
You get one attempt to get it 100% corrected.
I start billing hours at your agreed wage for anything beyond three attempts.
A new workload will be assigned per completion of the last deliverable.
